With the exception of the skirt, this costume is made entirely from 2mm EVA foam. The corset was patterned on my body using saran wrap and packing tape to ensure both a perfect fit and a movie-accurate design. This was then transferred onto foam and then layered to create the ridges and depth. This same technique was used to create the tiara, bracers, leg, and shoe armor. The skirt was made from faux leather that I then weathered along with the rest of the outfit to look old and battle-worn.
